XcooBee announces the release of Register Assistant – an app for contactless payment automation for your field workforce

XcooBee Register Assistant

XcooBee Register Assistant

XcooBee’s contactless solutions can be used by any size field-based sales force, from waiters in a restaurant to fleet of contractors in the field.

We have created a truly amazing, and open payment platform”

— Bilal Soylu

CHARLOTTE, NC, USA, June 30, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — XcooBee, the Privacy & Payments Network, announced today the release of it’s new Register Assistant to bring easy-to-use, highly secure, fully contactless field payment solution to the marketplace. XcooBee’s contactless solutions can be used by any size field-based sales force, from waiters in a restaurant to fleet of contractors in the field. The solution is extremely quick to rollout at a low cost and has no risk of data loss or data breach.

XcooBee was formed with the mission to solve data privacy and security issues and extended this know-how into the payment space. The XcooBee reviewed successful Asian models for payment processing and was able to expand and improve on them drastically with the creation of the XcooBee payment platform. The Register Assistant (RA) app is the latest addition of tools to XcooBee payments platform.

XcooBee RA apps serves two audience. First, the remote field workforce. The workforce can process payments contactless and without the need for extra hardware, dongles, or even traditional account setup.

“The RA solution works on the basis of contactless QR codes but also supports email, text, and direct key-entry to accommodate all eventualities,” explained Bilal Soylu, the Chief Worker Bee of XcooBee. “It is extremely simple to configure and get started. There are no dongles to lose and there are only two buttons for the end user,” he continued.

The XcooBee Register Assistant is also highly secure and not subject to data breaches. All processing occurs on customer devices and when payment is completed the field worker is notified automatically. “This takes the guesswork out of collecting payments in the field,” added Soylu. “When work is completed you can offer many different contactless payment options on the spot. None require the touching of credit cards, pens, or strangers’ screens.”

With the XcooBee RA, a virtual payment terminal is in the hands of your workforce. It is easy to configure on one or on many thousands of devices. And because of the high security, it is also safe to give access to short-term and seasonal workers. Moreover, the Xcoobee RA can work without any network connection, which helps rollouts with field workforces that work in remote areas.

The second audience for the Register Assistant is small businesses that have traditionally operated with a cash register and separate card scanner. “The XcooBee Register Assistant also has built in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to convert any existing register into a full contactless payment point,” explained Soylu.

A device loaded with XcooBee RA can be placed in front of any cash register and the on-board AI trained to read the cash register display. The RA will convert the final total into a cashless transaction automatically. “Customers can scan the QR and make the payment with a thumbprint in a few seconds,” added Soylu. “This removes the need for costly merchant terminals in business that are already under pressure due to the economy.”

The XcooBee Payment Platform is an open loop system. This means that the users interacting with the XcooBee Register Assistant do not need an app to complete the transaction. This reduces friction as any device can complete the payment including laptops and desktops.

“We have created a truly amazing, and open payment platform,” continued Soylu, ”from easy to use developer tools that help enable any app for contactless payment to, now, the XcooBee Register Assistant for the remote workforces. Everything is focused on simplicity, speedy implementation, and low cost. Time-to-market has never been more critical, and we have succeeded in delivering.”

The XcooBee Privacy and Payments Platform is a powerhouse that can be used to build innovative global fully containerized payment solutions for any enterprise. Please reach out to our professional services team to explore your vision.

XcooBee provides peace of mind to payments, and smart data and document automation. With strong roots in privacy technology we believe that as more countries adopt laws to protect their citizens’ privacy, using products like XcooBee will become a competitive advantage. CYCLE ENERGY INDUSTRIES SIGNS PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR CALIFORINA OIL ASSET

Cycle Energy Industries signs purchase agreement for 60% working interest in +2000 Acre lease in Lost Hills Oil field.

Cycle Energy Industries Inc. (OTCMKTS:xfls)

CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, June 29, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — Cycle Energy Industries Inc. (OTC: XFLS) is pleased to report it has entered into a purchase agreement to purchase 60% working interest in Lost Hills Oil Field in Kern county California.

The purchase agreement set to close on or before July 15th 2020, states Cycle will purchase sixty percent ( 60% ) right and interest in and to the Harvest Petroleum Asset North West Lost Hills Lease and Lerdo Lease in California and all material, Surface, Mineral Rights, Wells, Equipment, Facilities and infrastructure..

The purchase is the first phase of Cycle’s expansion plan to acquire assets in the United States. The purchase of the leases includes currently producing cash flowing wells and Cycle Energy Services will implement its production enhancement services and technologies which result in approximately 150-200 BOD (Barrels of oil per day). Another 10-12 PUD’s (Proven Undeveloped) drilling locations have been identified and would result in an additional 250 BOD. Harvest Petroleum Inc. is the operator of the field and the remaining 40% partner.

The Lost Hills Field is a mega-oilfield in California, northwest of Bakersfield with thousands of producing oil & gas wells from numerous intervals. Cycle purchased 60% of the field called “Northwest Lost Hills” (“NWLH”). NWLH was discovered in 1983 and is located in Sections 12 & 13, T25S, R19E, and Sections 7 & 18, T25S, R 20E, in Kern County, CA.

The wells in NWLH produce from two formations: The Etchgoin Sand and the Monterey Shale (“Antelope” interval). Pay thickness averages about 35 feet in the Etchgoin, and +500 feet in the Monterey. Oil gravity averages +29-30° API. The field is a SE plunging anticline bounded and trapped by cross faults. The NWLH portion is a Horst Fault block. All Antelope wells are naturally over-pressured and flow naturally upon completion and during production, although many are “assisted” with pumping units that were installed.

The field is fairly well-defined by drilling and 3D seismic, and only about half of the productive area has been drilled to date. A total of 25 additional infill Antelope drilling locations have been identified that are estimated to recover ~755,000 B and +2.3 BCF
Mr. Michael McLaren CEO states “The purchase of asset is the first step in Cycle Energy Industries acquisition plan into the US oil and gas market.” Mr. McLaren further stated, “ We see this asset as a great addition to our expanding US portfolio.”

About Cycle Energy Industries

Cycle Energy Industries a Canadian corporation based in the province of Alberta, is a unique energy provider that operates three vertically integrated business units in the WCSB (Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin). We have created a vertically integrated company where each subsidiary creates value and adds support to the other.

Cycle Oil and Gas focuses on acquiring & optimizing underdeveloped oil & gas assets and to employs in-house developed & licensed technologies to increase production, optimize performance & reduce costs. The company currently produces approximately 100 barrels/day of oil as well as several non-operational properties and GORRS(Gross Overriding Royalties).

Cycle Energy Services supports our Exploration and Production (E&P) team with well services and end of life reclamation which gives the E&P company an unprecedented advantage over its competitors. This business plan excels by providing services that would otherwise be too costly and not financially viable for specific workovers or turn around projects. Cycle Energy Services owns and operates combo wireline-service rigs and Hydrovac Units. The focus of Cycle Energy Services is primarily end of life abandonment and reclamation of non-producing assets. The company excels by supplying fixed cost services via our custom rigs and equipment that results in reduced time onsite, faster rig in and rig out times as well as reduced number of vehicles onsite. Cycle’s efficiencies reduce the amount of fuel burned to complete the abandonment and reduces the carbon footprint to abandon wells.

Cycle Energy Technologies provides both with R&D capabilities as well as previously developed and licensed technologies that aid in increased production, reduced lifting and operation costs as well as gas and oil field intelligence. Cycle Energy Technologies flag ship technology is our mobile GTL (gas to liquid) system we have been developing and is currently implementing a pilot plant. This technology adds value added to the group by using internal production of gas and adding value by turning it into valuable chemicals and C5+ hydrocarbons as a 3-4x multiple which is industry groundbreaking.

Masking Up Africa

AKI- Chinedu Ikedieze

Coalition of creatives come together to create awareness about the use of the masks to help flatten the curve

LAGOS, NIGERIA, June 29, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — COVID-19: Creative Industry Professionals Launch ‘Mask Up AFRICA Campaign,’ to Create Awareness on the use of Masks, Raise Funds to Supply Masks to Underprivileged

Professionals in the Creative Industry across the continent have united to launch the ‘Mask Up AFRICA’ campaign.

The project is led by the Africa Film Academy, the curators of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAAs) and the Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation, in partnership with Joyce Banda Foundation International and many other creative collaborators.

According to Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, the initiative was inspired by a famous quote of the Rwanda President, His Excellency, Paul Kagame, who said: “Africa’s story has been written by others; we need to own our own problems and solutions, and write our story.”

She noted that the ‘Mask Up campaign’ is a response to the present reality and aimed at helping Africa cope with the pandemic.

“As COVID-19 continues to ravage the world, most African countries have been compelled to ease their lockdowns due to economic pressure. We are now in the community transmission phase and that is why most African governments have made it mandatory for everyone to wear masks before leaving home.

“But the fact is that 422 million Africans who live below the poverty line of $1 per day, cannot afford a mask, and that is why this campaign is important especially as statistics have shown that wearing of masks does curb the spread of the virus.”

The Coalition's objectives of the Mask Up AFRICA campaign is as follows:

● To create awareness on the importance of wearing masks to curb the spread of COVID-19.
● To raise funds for the procurement and distribution of millions of masks across Africa with basic donations of at least USD$1 as the unit cost of a mask is about 50cents or N200 or CFA500 "

Mask Up AFRICA coalition spokesperson Ms, Oyin Talabi added that clusters of tailors have begun to come together across the continent as work begins on the production of the masks.

"One million masks per country will be produced. This we believe is a way to empower SMES and help build our various internal economies as we invest in small businesses which are the backbone of any country."

Apart from the Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation, Joyce Banda Foundation International, the other partners include : Charles Granville Company, Femmes et Prisons d'Africa, Pan African Film & Arts Festival, AFC Pan African Consortium, Bodyworks Nigeria, The New Mind, Truliving Africa, BBB Media, Mambokadzi African Media & Entertainment, while many others have indicated interests in joining this collective to make the campaign a huge success.

The coalition calls on people to join the campaign simply by wearing a mask, making a 30-second video supporting the campaign, and showcasing the importance of mask-wearing. Post a picture of yourself wearing a mask on your social media page with the hashtag #MaskUpAfrica.

You can also support the Mask Up AFRICA campaign by donating a dollar or more to help make the Masks and supply to the underprivileged. Donations can be made via https://ahadipay.com/cause/MaskUpAfrica&referral2745 or you can source for and donate masks that will be distributed by the coalition.

We call on individuals and corporate bodies to key into this campaign as we enter another but critical phase of the fight against Coronavirus.

Minnesota US Navy Veterans Lung Cancer Advocate Urges A Navy Veteran with Lung Cancer in Minnesota Who Also Had Asbestos Exposure to Call the Lawyers at Karst von Oiste About Possible Significant Compensation

“We are urging a Navy Veteran or person with lung cancer anywhere in Minnesota to call 800-714-0303 for direct access to the lawyers at Karst von Oiste-if they had asbestos exposure prior to 1982.”

— Minnesota US Navy Veterans Lung Cancer Advocate

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, USA, June 23, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Minnesota US Navy Veterans Lung Cancer Advocate says, “We are urging a Navy Veteran or person with lung cancer anywhere in Minnesota to call 800-714-0303 anytime for direct access to the lawyers at the law firm of Karst von Oiste-if the individual also had heavy exposure to asbestos prior to 1982. Elite Capital & Co. continues to confirm its position in the world of finance despite the crisis of the Coronavirus

Elite Capital & Co. continues to confirm its position in the world of finance despite the crisis of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic

Elite Capital & Co. continues to confirm its position in the world of finance despite the crisis of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic

WE ARE FUNDING THE WORLD”

— Elite Capital & Co.

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, June 17, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — Dr. Faisal Khazaal, Chairman of Elite Capital & Co. Limited, announced today that Elite Capital & Co. (“ECC”) continues to confirm its position in the world of finance despite the crisis the world is going through due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic.

“Since 2012, certain unusual circumstances have helped ECC to create our flexible approach to funding. The most outstanding among those exceptional circumstances is that ECC was incorporated and emerged at the start of the former global financial crisis in 2012, when the banks and the world’s leading lenders started to face the crisis, thereby reducing their flexibility in granting loans to borrowers. Because ECC was established at that point in time, it did not suffer the difficulties that other lenders are now facing. Quite to the contrary, ECC benefited from the situation during that period by adapting to the situation and establishing a flexible system of its own that suited the prevailing circumstances. Now the same conditions are being repeated with the present global financial crisis in 2020, making us the strongest in the world of finance” Dr. Faisal Khazaal said.

Elite Capital & Co. Limited is a private limited company that provides project related services including Management, Consultancy and Funding, particularly for large infrastructure and commercial projects.

Mr. George Matharu, President and Board Member of Elite Capital & Co. Limited, said “It has been decided that the commercial and private sectors will be given more flexibility in accepting their requests for funding, starting today”.

The new rules for granting finance to the commercial and private sectors as of June 17, 2020:

1. Elite Capital & Co. will accept any of the following as collateral; Sovereign Guarantee, Bank Guarantee (from a bank rated “BBB” or better by S&P or Moody’s), or Government Purchase Agreement "confirmed by the Ministry of Finance" of some description (e.g. Power Purchase Agreement, etc).

2. For commercial or private projects ECC can provide up to 80% funding. Therefore, the project owner must have the 20% equity for the project in the form of liquid cash/assets. (NB. We cannot accept Land, Buildings, in-ground assets, etc as equity). The said 20% is paid directly for project costs, and not to Elite Capital & Co. or any third party. The payment will be made in line with the cash flow requirements for the project, which is typically broken down into Design and Construction milestones.

3. The project must have the necessary approvals and/or permits, and must have a completed Feasibility Study.

4. Projects are executed on an EPC+F basis, which is Engineering, Procurement and Construction plus Finance. We can execute BOO or BOT projects, but only with 20% equity from the Project Owner or from a third party (e.g. Hedge Fund, Private investor, etc).

5. The EPC Contractor will be nominated by Elite Capital and agreed with the client in advance. The contractors we use are all from the Top 50 United Kingdom or Chinese companies.

6. To qualify for funding, the project must have a minimum of “50% UK or Chinese content”, which would include the EPC Contractor, and Technology or Components.

7. The types of construction projects we can fund are; Rail, Energy Plant, Oil Refinery, Hotel, etc. We can't fund construction projects that have limited technical content – roads, housing, etc.

8. The project cannot be in a sanctioned country.

Dr. Faisal Khazaal and Mr. George Matharu, MBA. concluded their statement by saying, “The new rules granted today to the commercial and private sectors to finance their projects are different from government-owned projects, because we provide governments with a specifically tailored flexible lending system (Government Future Financing 2030 Program), an exclusive program designed by Elite Capital & Co. and the most powerful financial program in the finance market which we were glad to launch on January 15, 2020”.
